Andrea
Reynolds published her first book
in 1982 under the imprint, HALO Books. It was crowd-funded
by the people listed in the directory.
In 1984, angel investors
put up the money to produce her second book after she
appeared for 15 minutes on a Toronto radio station on her
birthday. She has crowd-funded three of her books and
offers a course to authors who prefer to fund their own
publishing project independently.
She is a former member of the National Writers
Union (NWU.org) and a former
member of the Periodical Writers Association of Canada
(PWAC) and the Book Promoters Association of Canada. She
also owned a writer's retreat, Authors Bed &
Breakfast.
As a resident of both Canada and the United States, Andrea
has 40+ years' experience writing articles, newsletters,
books and promotional copy. She is available to speak to
companies, colleges, conferences, conventions, groups and
organizations on the subject of any of our
books.
